Battle of Pakozd

The battle was a huge victory for the outnumbered Hungarian Honvéd troops, as many of the Hungarian Generals were not willing to fire upon the imperial troops to which they were forced to swear alligeance to. The Hungarians however faught with great courage, and forced the defeated Croatian armies to retreat towards Austria, where they were given new orders from the Austrian govt., but no reinforcements as they were promised. The Hungarians would go on to liberate Budapest from the Austrian tyrants, and would stun the Austrians with a huge decisive victory at the small town of Isaszeg, which would no longer be small in heart and stories. One famous general, Papp Kázmér Miklós single handedly charged, and took 5 Croation cannons out of service.
