Bahrainona

Bahrainona (Our Bahrain) is the national anthem of Bahrain. Adopted in 1971 upon independence, it was written by Mohamed Sudqi Ayyash (1925-). The composer is unknown.

Arabic Transliteration

Bahrainona
Baladolaman
Watanol kiram,
Yahmi Hi maha Amirunal Homam;
QamatalaHadyelresalate, Wal Adalati Wal Salam!
AShat Dawlatol Bahrain
Baladolarain.

English Translation

Our Bahrain,
Country of security,
Nation of hospitality,
Protected by our courageous Amir,
Founded on the principles of the Message,
Justice and Peace,
Long live the State of Bahrain!
