Backyard Baseball
Backyard Baseball is a game created for video game consoles and computers by Humongous Entertainment[?]. It is one of four Backyard Sports games.
The game was created in 1999. Managers can not create players, but they can choose from among a roster of characters to form teams. A player could play an exhibition game or a 14 game season, whch is followed by a BBL playoffs to the best of three games, the championship series, named the Super Entire Nation Tournament, also to the best of three, and ultimately the Ultra Grand Championship of the Universe Series, scheduled to a best of five format.
Backyard Baseball tries to imitate the experience of playing baseball as children.
