Aziz Saleh Nuhmah

Aziz Saleh Nuhmah was appointed Iraqi governor of Kuwait by Saddam Hussein during the 1991 Gulf War. He is a member of the "dirty dozen", allegedly responsible for torture and murder in Iraq.
