Athens University of Economics and Business Administration

Athens University of Economics & Business formerly known in Greece as "Ανωτάτη Σχολή Οικονομικών και Εμπορικών Επιστημών (ΑΣΟΕΕ)" was established in 1920 under the testament of Georgios Maraslis who wanted to found a Commercial School in Greece collateral with the Lauzane School of Business. Greece's Prime Minister Eleutherios Benizelos brought professor George Pagiar from the University of Lauzane to establish the school and be the first dean. Today AUEB is a modern university having been nation's biggest provider of Economists and Managers through all these years
