Athelas

Athelas is a fictional healing herb used in The Lord of the Rings by Aragorn upon his return to Gondor, an act that enhanced his reputation ("the hands of a healer").

In the film, Arwen uses athelas gathered by Aragorn and Sam to heal Frodo.
