As Good As It Gets

As Good As It Gets is a 1997 film which tells the story of an obsessive-complusive, cranky writer who forms a relationship with a waitress who is a single mother. It stars Jack Nicholson, Helen Hunt, Greg Kinnear[?], Cuba Gooding Jr., Shirley Knight[?], Skeet Ulrich[?] and Yeardley Smith.

The movie was written by Mark Andrus[?] and James L. Brooks[?], and directed by Brooks.

It won Academy Awards for Best Actor in a Leading Role (Jack Nicholson) and Best Actress in a Leading Role (Helen Hunt).
