Apple I

The Apple I was the first personal computer to combine a keyboard, connection to a TV monitor and a microprocessor. It was designed by Steve Wozniak and sold by Apple Computer beginning in 1976.

It was not the earliest personal computer, but it was the first to be sold fully assembled rather than in kit form.
