Antitrust

Antitrust laws are those which make unfair trade practices illegal.

Most anti-trust activity can be classified into the following,

Bid rigging[?]
Monopolization and oligopolization
Price fixing
Proprietary lock-in.
Tying

Alabama became the first U.S. state to enact an antitrust law on February 23, 1883.
