Anthropocentrism

Anthropocentrism (Greek ανθροπος, anthropos, "man, human being", χεντρον, kentron, "center") means the practice, conscious or otherwise, of regarding the existence and/or concerns of human beings as the central fact of the universe and of relating all that happens in the universe to human beings. The related adjective is anthropocentric.
