Anne Murray

Anne Murray, a Canadian singer was born in Springhill, Nova Scotia. In addition to her 1970 most popular hit Snowbird she recorded some 40 albums, and won numerous Grammys. Her melodic style appeals to a slightly more adult audience.

She was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 1993 and has a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at 1750 Vine Street.
