Anne Lamott

Anne Lamott is an author of several novels and works of non-fiction. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, her novels have had many autobiographical elements. She has written about such personal subjects as alcoholism, single motherhood, and Christianity, often including strong doses of humor. She has appealed to many fans because of her sense of humor, and her outspoken views on topics such as her left-of-center politics and her Christian faith.
