American Museum

The American Museum in Britain is based at Claverton Manor[?], a 19th century house in Bath.

It was founded by two Americans, Dallas Pratt and John Judkyn, and opened to the public for the first time on July 1, 1961.

The exhibits cover every period of American history.

Included are 200 quilts and coverlets.
