Almont is a city located in Morton County, North Dakota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 89.

Geography Almont is located at 46°43'38" North, 101°30'23" West (46.727164, -101.506362)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 6.8 km² (2.6 mi²). 6.8 km² (2.6 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 89 people, 43 households, and 22 families residing in the city. The population density is 13.1/km² (33.8/mi²). There are 63 housing units at an average density of 9.2/km² (23.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 100.00% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
