Alberich

In Norse mythology, King Alberich of the dwarves. lived in a palace underground, decorated with gems and expensive metals. He was a magician, and guardian of the treasure of Nibelung[?]. In another version he is known as Andvari.

He gave:

Balmung to Sigurd
Brisingamen to Freya
Draupnir to Odin
cloak that granted invisibility to Sigurd
Tyrfing to Odin
