Aladdin Deck Enhancer

The Aladdin Deck Enhancer, produced by Camerica[?], was a system that you would plug into your Nintendo Entertainment System. This new addition contained a lock-out chip inside the hardware which would coincide with the lock-out chip inside the NES. With this new hardware in the deck, you would then insert a smaller cartridge into the Aladding Deck Enhancer. The idea behind the Aladdin Deck Enhancer was to provide a cheaper means with which to make the game cartridges as to the fact that for each lock-out chip in each regular cartridge, it cost the buyer $7.00 (imagine the price if you are producing 40,000 cartridges with only the lock-out chip included). Though this was a great idead, it didn't fly with the public as Camerica's 7 games already made for the Aladdin Deck Enhancer and so that was the end of that line.
