Ahmed H. Zewail

Egyptian born Ahmed H. Zewail is most notable for winning the 1999 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for his work on Femto-science.

After receiving his first degree from Alexandria University[?] in Egypt, Zewail later moved to the United States. He currently holds professorships in both Chemistry and Physics at Caltech, the California Institute of Technology.
