In simple terms, an agenda is a plan for a meeting.
Every meeting needs a PAL:
- a Purpose
- an Agenda
- and Limits, i.e., a start time and an end time
An agenda should contain, at a minimum:
- purpose & objectives
- flow of topics
- decisions to be reached
- persons responsible (e.g., speakers etc.)
- resources required (e.g. meeting room, AV equipment, phone etc.)
