Adaptation (movie)

Adaptation is a black comedy with surrealistic elements, released in 2002. The screenplay was written by Charlie Kaufman[?], and based on the book The Orchid Thief[?] by Susan Orlean[?]. The movie stars Nicolas Cage, Tilda Swinton[?], and Meryl Streep.

Adaptation is directed by Spike Jonze, and is his second collaboration with Charlie Kaufman (the first being Being John Malkovich[?]).
