Adûnaic

In the fiction of J. R. R. Tolkien, Adûnaic ("language of the west") was the language of the men of Numenor. The Westron or Common Speech, widely spoken in Middle-earth during the Third Age, was largely derived from Adûnaic.

Adûnaic itself is said to derive from the ancient languages of Men, although its origin is never made clear.
