Achillea is a genus of flowering plants, in the
Asteraceae family, commonly called 'yarrow'. These plants typically have frilly leaves and large flat clusters of flowers. A number of species are popular garden plants.
Well-known members of the genus include:
- A. ageratifolia (also known as A. serbica), greek yarrow
- A. clavennae, silvery yarrow
- A. filipendula, fernleaf yarrow
- A. millefolium, common yarrow
- A. ptarmica
- A. tomentosa, wolly yarrow
