7Up, the uncola, is a carbonated caffeine-free soft drink produced by the Dr Pepper/7Up company in the United States (a unit of Cadbury-Schweppes) and by Pepsi outside of the United States. 7UP was concocted in 1929 in Saint Louis, Missouri.
